Perspective has a 14 days return policy. In order to give you a pleasant shopping experience, Perspective has an easy return procedure.

You can make a partial return if you have ordered multiple items. Return shipping cost is payed by the customer.

Products made to order are not returnable.  

To make a return:

  1. Request a return using the form below.
  2. Pack the items in the original package or if you are returning a partial order use a package suitable for the item you are returning.
  3. We will send you a shipping label. Place the label on the package. Instructions will be included in the email you receive from us.
  4. Send the package back by booking a pickup.


Important information

  • Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form.
  • Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tags and original wrapping.
  • The shipping label we send you must be used upon returns. We do not accept custom shipping methods.
  • Perspective is not responsible for any damage in the return shipment. Such damage could mean that a refund is not possible.


Receiving a refund
Your refund will normally be repaid within 1-5 working days, but no later than 30 days after we have received and accepted the return. Please note that if you have made a partial return, any invoices will be cancelled and a new invoice will be created for items kept.

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt, otherwise we will not be able to issue a return and refund.

Items that were damaged upon receiving them will be refunded by Perspective upon return. Return shipping cost will be paid by Perspective for damaged items.
