WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

The following payments are accepted:

Credit card
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.

Paypal
You can choose to pay with credit card or your already registered PayPal account.

Do I need to sign up for an account to place an order?

You don’t have to set up an account to shop with us but we recommend that you do.

It is fully possible to check out as a guest, but if you register an account you can track your order and save information which will make it easier to check out next time you order with us.

How do I cancel my order?

You cannot cancel your order yourself but we can of course help you.

The order can only be canceled before it has shipped and before we have started working with the order. After that we cannot guarantee a cancellation.

When the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have requested a cancellation after the order has shipped, you must return it for a refund instead.

How will I know if you received my order?

When you place an order on perspectivestudio.se an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

In the event that you have entered an incorrect email address or did not receive and confirmation email, please contact our customer care and we will send you the order details.

How do I change the shipping address?

Contact our customer care team to change your shipping address.

The shipping address can only be changed before the order has shipped.

Unfortunately you cannot update your shipping address yourself after the order has been placed.

In which currency will my purchase be made?

All orders are charged in SEK, Swedish Krona.

You can choose to view all prices in other currencies, including USD, EUR and GBP.

At the last step of checkout the prices will show SEK.

Can I claim a tex refund on a purchase made online?

Unfortunately we currently do not offer tax refunds online.

Do you offer an instalment plan for products made to order?

Swedish customers

For Swedish customers and business customers we can offer an instalment plan.

Our standard instalment plan includes the following parts:

Part one: 50% deposit, payed on order date.

Part two: remaining 50%, payed when products are ready to be delivered.

Please contact our customer care if you wish to set up an instalment plan.

Foreign customer

For foreign customers we can sometimes work out a custom instalment plan.

Shipping

How much do I pay for shipping within Sweden?

We offer free shipping within Sweden.

How much do I pay for shipping within EU?

We offer free shipping on order above 5000 EUR.

Shipping is calculated on checkout. You can choose to accept the shipping cost or not continue with your order.

How much do I pay for shipping outside EU?

We offer free shipping on order above 5000 EUR.

How many days does it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping usually takes between three and five days depending on country, but may take up to seven days for some destinations.

If your order is made for you, i.e. made to order, the shipping is stated on the product page.

When will my order be sent?

Your order will be fulfilled within two business days if it is not made to order and is in stock.

However, we do aim to ship every order the next day after order date during weekdays.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped from our store, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can click on the tracking number in this e-mail to view your shipment's progress.

You can also easily follow your order on its way to you by entering your tracking number at the courier’s website.

Additionally, you can log in to your account online in order to see the tracking number.

How do I collect my order?

All international orders are shipped with DHL Express and require a signature upon delivery.

Orders shipped to Sweden are shipped with DHL and will be delivered to your nearest service point. You will be informed when the package can be collected.

If your order weighs over 20 kg, it will be delivered to your home.

Where does Perspective deliver?

We currently deliver to 65 countries. At the checkout you will be able to choose your shipping country.

How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay. Your local customs should be able to estimate the price.

Kindly note that for orders in the US we are obligated to collect state sales tax.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We offer full refund if an unwanted item is shipped within 14 days from when it was delivered to you.

In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition.

Refunds are not available for products that are made to order.

Please note that you will need to pay for the shipping upon return.

Please visit our returns page in order to request a return.

When will I receive my refund?

You will normally receive your refund within 1-5 working days, but no later than 30 days after we have received and accepted the return.

Do I have to pay for shipping upon return?

Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

When you request a return, we will give you a quote on the shipping.

If you accept the quote, we will send you a shipping label. The cost will be deducted from the refund.

Can I return products that are made to order?

Unfortunately you can not return products that have been made to order, i.e. made especially for you.

If you experience any issues with a product that has been made to order, please contact our customer care and we will gladly help you in solving those issues.

I have received a faulty product, what should I do?

We will help you manage the shipment back to us, and make sure a new item is sent to you.

Since we need to establish the details of the damage before we decide how to return the item, please do not send anything back to us without our knowledge and confirmation.
